How does mastery scoring work?
The server calculates mastery from learning activity and assessment responses. Progress is shown through skill states such as Emerging, Practising and Mastered. AI does not award scores, mastery or progression.
What does the AI assistant do?
The AI assistant provides up to three levels of hints, explains concepts and offers non-scoring feedback. Scoring and progression are handled by server-side rules.
How do I link a parent account?
Parents can send a link request from their dashboard. Students can approve or reject the request. Approved linked parents can view progress and reports. Learners under 13 need parent or guardian consent before accessing learning activities.
Can I repeat practice or an assessment?
Available practice and assessment steps depend on the learning activity. Follow the options shown in your account, or contact FORNITO if you need help with a particular attempt.
How is my data protected?
Access controls restrict learning records to authorized accounts, and communications use TLS encryption. Read the Privacy Policy for details about data use and your options.
What if I forget my password?
Use the password-reset link below and enter your account email. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive.
